01What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?+
That’s completely normal. I use simple prompts, movement and clear direction so you always know what to do without feeling over-posed.
02How far in advance should we book?+
Wedding dates are best requested 9–18 months ahead. Portrait sessions can often be arranged within 3–6 weeks.
03Do you travel?+
Yes. RIV Studio is based in Toronto and available for celebrations throughout Ontario and beyond. Travel details are quoted clearly before booking.
04How do payments work?+
Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive an agreement and secure deposit link. Your date is reserved when both are completed.
05When will we receive our photographs?+
Portrait galleries are normally delivered within 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries are normally delivered within 6–8 weeks.
06Can we print our photographs?+
Yes. Your gallery includes personal print rights and an integrated option for ordering professional-quality products.
